1. Legal Status of Peptides in South Africa

Peptides are not currently regulated by the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA). As such, no doctor’s prescription or medical script is required for their sale or purchase.
Companies claiming to offer “in-house prescriptions” or doctor-issued scripts for peptides are providing an unnecessary service and cost to the customer.
BioHck reserves the right to refuse supply of any product where customer information or intended use raises safety or compliance concerns.
